The build is a one-time fee — you pay for it once and the site is yours, code, design and all. The only ongoing costs are the third-party services in your name: your domain (usually £10–15 a year), and, for a Commerce store, your Shopify subscription (around £25/month) paid straight to Shopify. Hosting for the Essential and Launch sites is typically free. There are no retainers and no hidden AHB charges — an optional Care Plan is the one thing you can add and cancel whenever you like.
It depends on the package, because each one is a different amount of work. Essential sites are usually live in around a week, Launch sites in around two weeks, and Commerce stores in around two to three weeks — the extra time covers loading products and testing checkout, shipping and payments properly. You'll get a firm date at our kickoff call once I've seen the scope and your content is ready.
Yes. The Commerce package is a full Shopify store, designed and configured for you — up to 25 products loaded and styled, secure checkout, shipping, collection and payment options all set up, and orders and stock managed from one dashboard. Shopify's subscription (around £25/month) is billed directly to you so the store is entirely in your name, and I hand it over with a walkthrough so you can run it yourself.
Yes — with the "Sell everywhere" setup I connect your Shopify catalogue to the marketplaces so your products list in more places without duplicate admin. Take the Everywhere Bundle (£795) for eBay, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Shop and Google Shopping, or pick individual channels. Seller accounts are created in your name and belong to you; any platform or listing fees are paid to the platform. Requires the Commerce package or an existing Shopify store.
